1. Toy Rental & Subscription Terms
Happi ToyBox operates on a weekly rental model in Coimbatore. Subscribers receive stage-matched educational toys curated for 7-day rental cycles. All toys remain the property of Happi ToyBox.
2. Toy Care & Damage Policy
Normal play wear and tear is expected and fully covered under our Happi Assurance. We do not charge penalty fees for minor scuffs or accidentally lost small pieces. In the rare event of severe total destruction, our team will evaluate reasonably.
3. Doorstep Delivery & Address Locking
Deliveries are scheduled to your saved address in Coimbatore. Once an order is placed, the recipient delivery address is locked to ensure accurate logistics tracking. Users may manage up to 5 saved addresses in their Profile.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your family's privacy. Your personal information, child profile data, and address details are encrypted and securely stored. We never sell or share your data with third parties.
